Athletic Training
From proactive care to reactive interventions, athletic trainers run the spectrum from injury prevention to the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries in the physically active.  Students in the Athletic Training specialization are eligible to sit for the BOC certification examination upon graduation.  Potential careers in athletic training include opportunities in traditional settings at the high school, collegiate and professional level.  As sports health care changes, more opportunities for athletic trainers have opened in the clinical, corporate and industrial sectors.
