International Activities

Faculty research contributes worldwide and our exchange programs bring an air of internationalization to those who may not have been able to experience it before.

As the internet expands and each nation's boundaries are lost in cyberspace, the College of Health and Human Performance has expanded its goals to include the University's focus of "globalization." The College has internationalized many of its activities and broaden its mission to focus internationally on helping people to protect, maintain, and improve their health, fitness, and quality of life. Faculty have endeavored, with success, to strengthen institution to institution collaboration with overseas partners, faculty exchanges, student exchange programs, and joint colloquia.

The achievements of faculty and students are reflected in accreditation evaluations, other assessments, and global leadership opportunities. Faculty research contributes worldwide and our exchange programs bring an air of internationalization to those who may not have been able to experience it before. College faculty researches internationally important topics and travels world-wide to keep others informed of their research.
