Membership Application


Who is Eligible?

Any University of Florida employee (faculty, staff or retiree) and spouse/partner is eligible for membership. Other family members and UF students are not eligible.

What is the Cost?

An annual membership is $265.60 and a six month membership is $151.90. There is no initiation fee and you may start at anytime. Membership fees may be paid by check, or may be payroll deducted ($26.56 per pay period for 10 pay periods for annual membership and $15.19 for 10 pay periods for six month membership). OPS employees are not eligible for payroll deduction.

Follow three easy steps:

  1. Request an application packet by:
    • Downloading the application packet.
    • Stopping by our facility located in Room 12, Yon Hall (1st floor of the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, faces Florida Gym)
    • Calling 392-9767 to have a packet sent via campus mail.
  2. Complete the necessary forms, including a pre-participation questionnaire. Depending on your current health and fitness status, we may recommend that you obtain your physician's permission to participate.
  3. After you complete the forms, you will be scheduled to complete your First Workout under the supervision of an instructor, or will receive a general orientation to the Center. After this appointment, you may begin participation in all activities and programs. A Fitness Assessment may be scheduled at your convenience.
