Special Equipment Check-Out
The following is a list of the equipment that is available to College of Health & Human Performance faculty members. In order to obtain any of the following equipment, faculty members can come to room 200 in the Florida Gym and fill out the necessary paperwork. However, prior to requesting equipment from the Dean's office, faculty should check with OIR or their respective department. There is also the option of printing an on-line version of the equipment check-out form. To print the on-line version, click here. Completed forms may be returned to room 200 of the Florida Gym. HHP faculty members can also e-mail Adm_Recept@hhp.ufl.edu in the Dean's office to reserve equipment. However, HHP faculty members must sign the request form prior to be being issued the requested equipment.
