services the Computing Services Department offers you as a user.
- Remote Email Access
- Remote Email Access
allows you to check email through any internet connection as long as you remember
your logon id and password.
- How to place a computing/maintenance work request
- On the side menu, you will see a link for
Workorder Help,
if this is your first time accessing the system, or for the
Workorder System. For each job that needs to be
done by another person or part of HHP, you will need to fill out a workorder. This assists
the department in tracking and scheduling the time of all the employees, and as a workorder must
eventually be marked complete, is a handy reminder for all parties of work to be done.
- Web Based Survey System
- In order to use the web base survey system, you must have an account created by
Computing Services.
If you need
to distribute a survey, however, this system is a great way to do it. You simply sign in and create
the questions online. Then you will be sent a link to the questions, online. This system will tally
your results for you.
- Computer Training Resources
- Computer training is available from
Computing Services. Please have specific questions or tasks that you need help with before you contact the department.
